Chengfa Tech and NENTER Technology launch deep cooperation in the recycled polyester field, jointly building the complete "depolymerization-polymerization-spinning-end" industrial chain to achieve industrial synergistic development.

NENTER Technology Overview

Founded: 2010
Core Business: R&D, production, and sales of chemical API intermediates and vitamin E
Industry Position: Products dominate the market
Positioning: Technology-driven, the world's only company with the most complete self-supporting vitamin E industrial chain

Role Division

Company	Segment	Products	Capacity
Chengfa Tech	Upstream (Depolymerization)	r-BHET Monomer	25,000 t/a
NENTER Technology	Downstream (Polymerization)	r-PET + r-PBT	15,000 + 10,000 t/a

Industrial Chain Closed-Loop

This cooperation will achieve a complete industrial chain closed-loop from waste PET recycling, depolymerization, polymerization to spinning:

Recycling: Various waste PET (textiles, film, bottle flakes, fishing nets)
Depolymerization: Chengfa Tech chemical depolymerization, producing r-BHET monomer
Polymerization: NENTER Technology polymerization, producing r-PET, r-PBT and other products
End Applications: Chemically recycled textiles, bottles, film, fishing nets, etc.

Industrial Planning Timeline

Phase	Project	Capacity	Time	Status
Pilot	1,000 t/a r-BHET pilot project	1,000 t/a	May 2024	Completed and commercialized
Phase 1 Industrialization	Chengfa Tech r-BHET project	25,000 t/a	End of August 2026	Under construction
	NENTER Technology r-PET + r-PBT project	15,000 + 10,000 t/a	End of October 2026	Under construction
Large-scale	r-BHET and derivatives project	300,000 t/a	End of 2027	Planned

Industrial Significance

The Phase 1 industrialization project, in collaboration with NENTER Technology, integrates the complete industrial chain, achieving industrial upgrading through chain extension, strengthening, and complementation. This cooperation model not only enhances the competitiveness of both companies but also provides a demonstration for the development of the entire recycled polyester industry.
